Burlington, aka Cold War City is located In Wiltshire, England. It lies 120ft (36 m) below the surface. The 35 acre (140,000 sq m) subterranean complex was built in the 1950s to house the Conservative prime minister Harold Macmillan’s cabinet and 4,000 civil servants in the event of a Soviet nuclear attack
