Seattle Artist Creates Street Art That Can Only Be Seen When It's Wet (7 pics)
Peregrine Church is a Seattle based artist that's creating a series of street art called Rainworks. He uses hydrophobic coatings that are non-toxic and non-permanent to create art which can only be seen when the place where he's created it is wet. This is perfect for a city like Seattle where it's raining constantly. He's created motivational messages, artistic drawings and even fun games like hop scotch.
